The Keystone XL pipeline failed to clear a Senate filibuster by a single vote on Tuesday — and one Native American activist was glad to witness it, breaking out into a traditional tribal song from the gallery.

The man has been identified as Greg Grey Cloud, a member of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe in South Dakota — and his allies say he was not truly protesting, but celebrating the outcome of the vote. Click above to hear him — then share this video!
